. remember her? she was the secretary of state of florida. he's a republican, and was elected in 2010. he sent absentee ballot applications to every voter in ohio. and then some took part n sending back the absentee ballots. some got the ballots after requesting them, they'll go to the polling place on election day, and say no, you must cast a provisional ballots, and those can't be counted for 10 days. the long and short of it, i figure about a half million provisional ballots will be cast that won't be counted. and then to make matters worse, he send a directive out on friday saying that if the poll workers don't accurately put something in the envelope, the vote could be negated. the democrats are obviously going to go into court and try to overturn this. so you have a real big mess in ohio. >> very murky rationale there. a clear winner come tuesday night? >> unless the president wins in florida and virginia and doesn't need ohio and also wins in wisconsin and iowa and nevada and new hampshire, if it comes down to ohio, we won't have a winner. and we won't even have the votes counted t

. it will be rain for florida, georgia, south carolina for the voting day. this is another piece of energy that will also be traveling toward the coast and we believe those two are going to get together somewhere off the mid- atlantic and make for our stronger storm system. a snapshot of the country for tomorrow, no real voting issues in the southwest, maybe a couple showers in the pacific northwest. we'll have to watch wisconsin and minnesota. there could be rain or snow showers up there. chilly much of the mid-atlantic to the gulf coast and here comes our nor'easter moving over to the coast, not quite a nor easter yet, just a coastal area of low pressure beginning its development phase. want you to see as we look at the coast again for wednesday night, these are the effects we're expecting, 40 to 50 or 60 mile-per-hour gusts wednesday night, certainly high wave beach erosion possible, coastal flooding and maybe 1 to 3 inches of rain along the coast. give you an idea of some of our high tides we're expecting for ocean city, 1:18 wednesday afternoon, atlantic city 1:01, long beach new york
down through florida, come back up the east coast by wednesday of next week and that's when we think things will begin to come together for that nor'easter and all fingers crossed that that nor'easter will actually head on out to sea and not run up the east coast, but right now it's a little too early to tell. 39 degrees tonight, colder out in the suburbs. the clouds will be breaking up. winds will calm down a little bit from where they are now. they won't be so gusty, northwest 5 to 10 miles per hour and finally tomorrow, yes, a return to some sunshine, some substantial sunshine, not just peeks of sunshine and it will be breezy, too. the northwesterly winds will kick in 10 to 15 miles per hour and we'll easily have some gusts tomorrow afternoon which will take us up to around 20 to 25 miles per hour. so even with the sunshine with temperatures in the lower 50s and a little breezy condition it will feel cool out there. not so breezy on sunday. here's your fox 5 accuweather seven-day forecast. we're in the lower 50s this weekend. again, don't forget to set the clocks back on saturday
